Florence Pugh was born and raised in Oxford, England. Her mother, Deborah Pugh, is a dancer, and her father, Clinton Pugh, is a restaurateur. She has three siblings, including her brother Toby Sebastian, who is also an actor and musician. As a child, Florence
lived in Spain for a few years due to health issues related to tracheomalacia.
